Throughout its entire history, QUALIMAN always valued and disseminated the values of Ethics and Integrity. These are the values that QUALIMAN maintains prevalent in all its activities, disclaiming not only what is ILLEGAL, but also what is IMMORAL.

In this sense, giving heed to the current socio-political conjuncture and to the economic medium in which it is introduced, QUALIMAN, in 2016, created its INTEGRITY PROGRAM, provided in its CODE OF CONDUCT.

The Program is structured into 3 pillars:

1 – Commitment of its Top Management

Its Top Management deliberated the creation of the INTEGRITY PROGRAM and it is engaged in being an example of the values of Ethics and Integrity, ensuring the dissemination of its CODE OF CONDUCT to its employees, directors, suppliers, partners and customers.

2 – Code of Conduct

During the implementation of its INTEGRITY PROGRAM, QUALIMAN adapted its CODE OF CONDUCT, to transmit, clearly, the principles, rules and standards that must guide the actions of its employees and directors in the exercise of their functions and delegated positions in behalf of the Company.

3 – Analysis and Continuous Monitoring of Risks of Integrity

QUALIMAN’s Internal Audit, subordinated to its Top Management, is the body responsible for analyzing the risks of integrity, defining mitigation action, monitoring and ensuring that the Company’s business are conducted in compliance with the law in force and in accordance with its policies and internal procedures.

For effectiveness of the INTEGRITY PROGRAM, the Complaint Channel was created, where any person who feels affected by the violation of QUALIMAN’s Code of Conduct can inform this violation, here through site.
